We have a 30-day duration for our return and refund policy. If your complaints come after 30 days of your purchase, we can’t help. Also, the item should be in the similar condition as you received it. However, it must also come with its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or return.

You cannot return perishables like food, newspapers, flowers, or magazines, etc. Furthermore, intimate or the sanitary goods, flammable and hazardous materials do not fall under our refund policy.

Other non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards 

- Downloadable software products 

- Some health and personal items 

For the return to be complete, we need a receipt or any evidence to show you purchased it. Please do not send purchase back to the product manufacturer. 

Applicable conditions for a partial refund

  • A book with obvious signs of use 
  • CD, VHS tape, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.

If approved, your refund will be immediately processed, and you will get credit within days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you experience delays with receiving funds, confirm with your bank and credit card company. It is not unusual because processing might take time sometimes.

For items designated as a gift when bought and shipped, you will get a gift credit for the same value of your returned item. When we receive the item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

For items not marked as gifts, we will refund the gift giver and let him or her know about your return.
